    the new 8800gts over the 640 gts, cheaper and faster. GT i think is even faster. Not by much thou but still less for more.

    Should I even get involve in the step up program and send this card for an upgrade ?.. no computer for atleast 5 to 7 days sucks...

    Honestly with the g92 platform out now, and the new penryn cpus starting to hit the market, and evga with the 780i boards out, I would have gone with those components...if I had the money that is. Also, ya need like 5 raptors in a RAID 0 config to kick ass, or better yet (/drool) how about some solid state drives in addition to your raptors (mmmm tasty OS + games on a SSD Array and then Raptors for everything else, tasty).

    ur a noob with too much money with 5 raid striped hard drives, no point no point, so dont do it, but otherwise thats a bad ass system, btw is maligy the first in the clan with a terrabyte...BALLER
