Sweet. VIP Map Pack 4 has been released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC! It includes Rush mode for Atacama Desert and Conquest mode for Port Valdez.

The new maps look bad ass, look more like good old school battlefield maps, with more than one vehicle per side and choppers on both sides Valdez looks like a bad ass brawl fest with tanks and jeeps and choppers, good ole BF. Aticama is rush, but alot of vehicles with rush looks cool, like it will concentrate the battle more on that map. |

Money and I tried out Atacama Desert Rush. Only the attacking team gets a chopper, but it is a 3-seater, so there's room for someone to repair whore it while the pilot and gunner kill everything. There are fucking stationary mini-guns and super effective AA to take out those choppers. Plenty of ground vehicles to rush and flank with. And the MCOMs are actually near the middle of the map, so it allows squads to move a good distance to the side and back of them. Haven't tried Port Valdez yet.Heard it is pretty narrow, but meh, more maps are better than less maps. Let's just hope they "release" the other 2 maps for the other modes soon, and maybe, just maybe, give us a new map or two before Vietnam. |

so what's everyone else's thoughts on these maps? which one(s) should i try? i haven't had time to play much lately and when i do i'd like to jump in whatever's good. tried the atacama rush one, pretty epic feel, especially when the map starts, having to attack or defend across that no-man's land. feels BIG. |

atacama desert rush is pretty cool. port valdez is alright. B is the key point. if the US gets B, the russians have a hard time doing anything because of the bottleneck between A and B. |

i hear that, played valdez last night, and that bottleneck is insane. makes the chopper for squad drops invaluble. that map does feel epic though, very old battlefield styles, with alot of ground to cover and the enemy could be fucking anywhere. |
